I purchased this for my daughter for her 5th birthday and she definitely loved it! Certain I had to aid her with some of it but she genuinely enjoyed putting it together and loves the finished item! The stickers are pretty simple and easy for five year old fingers to deal with and when they adhere nicely you can also take them off if you require to reposition them. In addition, there are enough additional stickers in case some are lost or misplaced.
I bought this for my daughter, and we had a superb time putting the stickers on. She's 4, and I assume that was the excellent time for her to follow the number grid directions - a year ago, she would not have cared and would have just stuck stickers wherever she wanted. That is entertaining too, I guess! The only predicament we had with the box is that the stickers came off fairly easily. They seemed fairly rugged at 1st but we had a lot fall off. I was pretty disappointed for the reason that it was such a entertaining project and my daughter was excited about placing her treasures in the jewelry box (the box is relatively rugged as well and would be ideal for small girls). To be fair, my two year old son helped some of the stickers fall off, so if there are no terrible toddlers around, you may well be ok. I would acquire it once more and keep it away from my son! When you put the stickers on, make positive to put them on rather firmly. This was tough for my daughter to do, so you might want to just go back and press on each a single she puts on.
