I was really surprised at how much fun my kids had with these. They immediately opened the packages and started creating. We aren't an arts and crafts kind of family either so my expectations were kind of low. I was delighted when they got lost in creating their own work. The materials weren't cheap junk either and it makes such a difference. We had plenty for several afternoons of creativity. Definitely a great gift and a terrific value.
My wife and I bought this as Christmas gift for our niece. When it arrived it was not what we expected. It looked very cheap and as though we purchased her gift in the Dollar Store. For the money we paid we expected something more. We didn't want to appear cheap so we bought her another gift to go along with this one. Save your money and buy something else.
